Adult Coed Indoor Volleyball League, November 12-March 4


Indoor coed volleyball season on Sunday afternoons at Waukee Middle School. There will be a B-league (more competitive) and a C-league (less competitive). Regular league play runs for 10 weeks with a season-ending tournament. Bring your children and take
advantage of the on-site babysitting service for $2 per child. Register

Results Boot Camp, Various Dates


Achieve your fitness goals by joining Results Boot Camp! Results Boot Camp focuses on working participants at their respective levels while making sure they get results. Participants will perform circuit training, high intensity interval training and endurance training. Attendees will be given workouts for off-days, along with nutrition coaching. NASM-certified private trainer AJ Hanson will be the instructor. Register

Chair Tai Chi for Arthritis: Beginner, September 19-November 2


Tai Chi has been shown to improve health and quality of life. Tai Chi can help reduce pain and stiffness through a series of gentle, pain-free movements. It will help improve balance, strength, flexibility and stamina. Most importantly, Tai Chi can help improve
quality of life both physically and mentally. This entire class will be done while sitting in a chair. The instructor is a certified Tai Chi instructor. Classes will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Register
