  1. Curbside Christmas Tree Collection Day

    The Christmas tree collection days for City of Waukee/ASI garbage customers are scheduled for Monday, Jan. 8 and Monday, Jan. 15, 2018. Real Christmas trees only should be placed on curbs by 7 a.m. Please have all items cleared off of trees before placing them out on the curbs - this includes tinsel and garland. Also, trees should not be placed in bags.

Waukee Road Closure Calendar

  1. Little Walnut Creek Drive Partial Closure

    January 10, 2018, 8:00 AM - January 31, 2018

    Work will begin on Little Walnut Creek Drive's Culvert B (west creek crossing) on January 10, 2018 at 8 a.m. Little Walnut Creek Drive will be closed to through vehicular traffic at culvert B. Local traffic needing access to 680 and 665 North Little Walnut Creek Drive will need to utilize the bypass road for access. See the attached map showing the bypass road. The contractor anticipates reopening culvert B on January 17, 2018, weather pending. At this time, the contractor tentatively anticipates closing culvert A at the time of reopening culvert B, weather pending. Emergency services, garbage collection services, mail delivery services and school transportation services know of the closure and the requirement to utilize the bypass road at this time.
