The HomeShowExpo is back in Waukee this year at The Reserve at Daybreak. The Home Builders Association of Des Moines invites visitors to see six unique homes in that development July 13-28.
The Reserve at Daybreak is surrounded by mature trees which makes this site second to none. Six amazing builders will showcase new homes all hovering around the $1 million mark. Thanks to Element 119, Priority Excavating and Show Realty for getting this site ready for the builders. City officials are thrilled to have the HomeShowExpo back in Waukee for the first time since 2004.
“Having the Home Show Expo in Waukee is exciting, and we thank the Home Builders Association for its interest in showcasing our vibrant community,” said Waukee Mayor Bill Peard. “While visitors tour just a handful of homes during this event, more than 200 single family homes are being built in Waukee each year. We are grateful to all the fantastic developers and builders who bring housing projects here to serve our ever-growing population.”
So what can visitors expect to see at The Reserve at Daybreak? Some features include beautiful granite islands with waterfall legs and large picture windows that give an amazing view of the countryside. Each home was beautifully designed with top trends in mind.
