Whether you have balance deficits, arthritis, or are simply seeking a healthier lifestyle, tai chi will help you reach your wellness goals. This class can be done standing or seated, and requires no prior experience. Wear loose, comfortable clothing and flat soled shoes.
In the event of inclement weather, the class will be held inside.
Registration is required and will open 3 weeks before the event date.
