All six of the new lanes recently constructed on Alice's Road are now open to traffic. All adjacent business entrances and City streets near Alice's Road are also now reopened. However, there will still be occasional lane closures occurring on Alice's Road as minor Phase IV work items are completed.
Drivers are encouraged to use caution on the new road, especially as traffic merges from six lanes to two lanes at the intersection of SE Olson Drive. Additional pavement markings and signs will soon be installed to help ease any confusion. In the meantime, northbound drivers should make an effort to merge out of the far right lane prior to SE Olson Drive, as it is a right-turn only lane.
Phase V construction will begin in the spring.
