In a continued effort to expand payment options, the City of Waukee and its partner Tyler Technologies enabled the Quick Pay tool, available for all Waukee utility customers. The Quick Pay feature allows users on the online payment site to make payments without first registering for an online account. Quick Pay payments will post to the Utility Account just like a normal online payment. Customers will need to know their respective utility account number and the amount of the most recent payment made. If you do not know the most recent payment amount, you can enter 0. Review all Waukee Utilities billing options, or go straight to Quick Pay.
All online credit card payments are charged a $1.25 processing fee, plus two percent of the payment.
