Karate is designed for ages 6-adults of all skill levels for taekwondo and karate class. Little Ninjas is designed as an introductory taekwondo and karate class for children ages 4-6. Classes focus on the proper use of martial arts, self-respect, self-discipline and coordination of mind and body.
