The City of Waukee, Waukee Betterment Foundation, project donors and other partners will gather at the site of the park to cut the ribbon for Triumph Park on Friday, June 3 at 5:00 p.m. Following the opening ceremony and ribbon cutting, local officials will throw out the first pitch for the inaugural game. The 66-acre Triumph Park features 12 softball/baseball fields, Greater Iowa Credit Union Miracle League® Field, EPIC Inclusive Playground, 11-acre pond with accessible fishing pier and other park amenities.
