For the NW 10th Street project, the road is expected to reopen to traffic next week after crews complete work on the shoulder. Rain caused delays in the project, but patching of the original concrete/subgrade, subdrain installation and asphalt overlay was completed last week, and temporary pavement markings were completed yesterday. Due to the large drop-off, the road cannot be reopened until shouldering work is finished.
Through traffic should use the detour route across R-44/240th St or Hickman to Alice’s Road.
