NCMIC & Professional Solutions’ annual Summer Breeze Run is scheduled for Saturday, Aug. 3. When runners register for the 5K, they choose a City to represent – Waukee, Clive or West Des Moines. The 10K is already full. For all those running for Waukee, the Waukee Betterment Foundation collects the registration fees which will go toward building the community’s future Miracle League® Field and accessible park amenities. Plus, the City with the most runners gets bragging rights and a championship belt. It’s a battle of the ‘burbs!
