Exciting update for the Ute Avenue project! The new lanes are open to traffic on Ute Avenue at the Ashworth intersection. Permanent traffic signals are expected to be installed soon, so stay tuned for any needed lane closures.
New updates:
- Silverleaf Lane has reopened at Ute Avenue.
- New lanes, including the turn lane are open to traffic. Cones mark the median and edges of the roadway that aren't fully finished.
- Over the coming weeks, crews will be cleaning up the site, backfilling medians, grading for the trail and sidewalk ramps, finishing the permanent signal installation. Please continue to use caution when driving in this area.
- The sidewalk/trail along Ute and Ashworth will be finished in the spring.
