The Waukee Police Department provides fingerprinting by appointment only, Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. The department is located at the following address: Public Safety Building, 1300 L.A. Grant Parkway, Waukee, IA 50263. There is a $15 charge for the first card, and each additional card is $10. Please call 515-978-7979 to make an appointment. Masks and a valid ID are required as well. Only cash or checks are accepted.
