The Waukee Community Center is a 2,800 square-foot building that includes a refrigerator, sink, microwave, oven, warming drawer and coffee maker. The building has 12 round tables, three rectangle tables and 90 chairs, making it an ideal location for family reunions, small wedding receptions and business meetings. The maximum occupancy is 96 people. Rental of this facility consists of the main large room. The small room is not part of the rental. 

The community center is equipped with a projector and projector screen, and audiovisual equipment can be rented. Please note that our audio/visual system is not equipped to provide virtual, two-way meetings, such as Zoom or Teams. You must use the projector to use the speakers, and the volume is adjusted for in-person presentations. If you wish to use the system for any other reason, please call the Parks & Recreation office. If you’d like to test our equipment prior to the day of your rental, please call to check availability as soon as possible to request a time.

The Waukee Community Center is available to rent up to 180 days in advance. Friday, Saturday and Sunday rentals are available online. For non-profit rentals or Monday-Thursday rentals, please call the Parks & Recreation Department.
