Parks & Recreation Director Matt Jermier has been employed by the City of Waukee since 2004. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education with endorsements in Physical Education, Title I Reading and Special Needs. Jermier has been involved with the Iowa Parks and Recreation Association for years and served on the Board of Directors from 2015-2017. He is also involved with the Waukee Betterment Foundation. Jermier and his family enjoy being outdoors at sporting events and cheering on the Cyclones!
