The City of Waukee operates an ambulance for the purpose of transporting ill and injured persons to the hospital.  Any user receiving the services or transportation by the City of Waukee Fire Department shall pay a fee as set forth by the City Council in resolution form. Ambulance Billing

The City of Waukee uses the third-party emergency medical transportation billing services provider EMS|MC. Go to their patient portal to quickly and securely pay your bills, submit insurance information, and more. When logging into the portal, have key information ready, including the patient's name, the patient's date of birth, the date of service, and the run number, which is listed on the statement.
