Utility Rates

To begin service, property owners are required to provide a deposit of $50 for water. Renters are required to provide a deposit of $100 for water.

Current Utility Rates

The changes had a net 3.77 percent increase over the prior fiscal year. That is about $4.89 more each month for the average Waukee household compared to the previous year.

  • Water rates: $14.16 first 1,000 gallons, $9.61 per 1,000 gallons thereafter
