City of Waukee Utilities provides residents and businesses with connection to water, gas, garbage and sewer services. Please call the Waukee Utility Billing number at 515-978-5502  or visit Waukee City Hall located at 230 W. Hickman to set up utilities. If you have an emergency water or gas outage/issue after 5 p.m. or on weekends or holidays, call 515-249-1212.

MidAmerican Energy provides electricity throughout the City of Waukee. Call 1-888-427-5632 to set up service or report outages.

Telecommunications/Internet

Phone and high-speed internet are available from the following providers, however, not all of these providers have service in every Waukee neighborhood. Inquire with the respective providers: CenturyLink, Consolidated Communications, Frontier, HughesNet, Mediacom, Mi-Fiber, Viasat Internet and Vonage. Google search for others.

Mobile

There are a number of national mobile service providers offering service, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile and U.S. Cellular.
